We aim to make our booking process straightforward. To secure your event date, we require half (50%) of the total payment at the time of booking (Zelle, Venmo, and other methods available). The remaining balance is due on or prior to the event day. We encourage you to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns regarding payment.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If the event is canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, a full refund will be provided.
If the event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event date, the booking payment is non-refundable.
Yes, we encourage past clients and couples to refer us to friends and family. We offer incentives, such as discounts on prints or additional services (like a photo album) for clients who refer someone who books a session.
Our core focus is providing high-quality professional event photography. We can also offer you packages that include videography and DJ.
While we do not directly offer services like decoration and Dhol ourselves, we believe in networking and collaborations within the event industry. We are in touch with various trusted event planners, venues, caterers, and florists. We would be happy to refer you to our selected vendors who can help complete your package.
